Day 1st
Your arrival at Warsaw airport, transfer by our driver to a Warsaw hotel. Time to relax and dinner at the hotel restaurant. An overnight stay at a hotel. (D)
Day 2nd
Breakfast, and private guided tour of Warsaw. Your private tour program includes: visit to The Łazienki Park, famous for Chopin monument and Łazienki Palaces and Gardens. Moreover The Palace of Culture and Science, the Monument of Warsaw Uprising and Saski Garden. Your tour will ends on the Old Town with the Royal Castle, The Old Town Market, the Barbican and defense walls. Short break for you – time for gift shopping, lunch, etc. Afternoon time for a tour of the Warsaw Ghetto area, with visit to the most important places like the Warsaw Ghetto Memorial, Anielewicz’s Bunker, the Judenrat Building, Umschlagpltz and Nożyk Synagogue An overnight stay at a hotel. Day 3rd
Breakfast and departure to Northern part of Poland and its unofficial capital – Gdansk. After few hour ride we come to check-in at hotel. Check-in and some time to relax till afternoon when we begin the sightseeing tour of the maritime center of Poland, the historical port town of Gdansk and birthplace and home of Solidarity; the St. Mary basilica, Neptun Monument, the old harbor. In the Gothic Cathedral in Oliva you can listen to a concert on a baroque pipe organ. Dinner and an overnight stay at our hotel in Gdansk. (B,D)
Day 4th
Breakfast and departure to nearby Elbląg, where you will start a cruise along unique Elbląg canal – considered as one of the “Seven wonders of Poland”. The four hour cruise ends in Buczyniec village, near Ostróda. Later that day return to Gdansk and a time for a private walk along the Old Town or visit Sopot – a spa-town located at the Baltic seaside. Dinner and night at hotel. (B,D)
Day 5th
Breakfast and your morning private tour of the Malbork castle, a 15th c. powerful stronghold of the Teutonic Knights, is one of the best examples of medieval fortification in Europe. Afternoon departure to nearby Torun – the city of Nicolas Copernicus – famous Polish astronomer. Guided walk along the Old Town street with visit to the Museum – Copernicus’s home, Crooked Tower, and tasting local famous Gingerbread (especially kids like it !). Dinner and an overnight at hotel in Torun. (B,D)
Day 6th
Breakfast, and a departure South to Krakow, with our guide-driver, with possible short stop in some interesting places like Czestochowa – a most important place for pilgrims in Poland, where you can see the Sanctuary with the Black Madonna Icon or (suggested for teenagers) a castle in Ogrodzieniec – called “the most beautiful castle ruins” in Poland, located at the “Eagles Nests Trail” in Poland, where local guide – a “medieval knight” will introduce you to a history and legends of the castle. Check-in at a hotel in Krakow at early evening time, dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel. (B,D)
Day 7th
Breakfast and guided tour of Krakow including: the Main Market Square, St. Mary’s Basilica, the Cloth Hall. Next, along the Royal Route you will go to Wawel Hill with its renaissance Royal Castle and Cathedral. Moreover visit to the Dragon’s Cave, where very dangerous dragon (“Smok Wawelski”) lived centuries ago according to one of the Krakow’s legends. Short break to relax or your lunch. Later that day visit to the Oscar Schindler’s Museum, and also guided walk along the Kazimierz (Old Jewish district). Dinner and a night at hotel in Krakow. (B,D)
Day 8th
Breakfast and departure to Oswięcim for a visit to Auschwitz – Birkenau German Nazi camp built during II World War. Nowadays it is a Museum, but also the place which recalls the horrors of the Holocaust. Return ride to Krakow with possible short stop in Wadowice – the birthplace of John Paul II Pope. Afternoon and evening time for relaxation and other Krakow’s attractions, like a music concerts or a special dinner with a live music. An overnight stay. (B,D)
Day 9th
Breakfast and a visit to the Wieliczka Salt Mine with a numerous underground chambers, chapels and salt sculptures, listed on the UNESCO world heritage list. Afternoon time for your farewell walks along the Old Town streets, gifts shopping. At the evening time dinner at a regional restaurant in Krakow centre. An overnight stay at your hotel. (B,D)
Day 10th
Breakfast and departure, with our guide / driver, to Prague. On your way there, what takes approx 6 h ride, some stops for lunch, relaxation or to visit interesting places and cities like Olomouc, Hradec Kralove. Your arrival to Prague at late afternoon time. Check-in at hotel in Prague centre, tike to relax. (B)
Day 11th
Breakfast ad a whole day dedicated for a tour with local Prague guide. Your tour includes: Hradczany with Prague castle, St. Vitus cathedral, the Wallenstein Palace and the amazing Golden Lane. Then walk through the Mala Strana (Little Quarter) with St. Nicolas Church to the Charles Bridge. This part of your tour will end at the Old Town with its famous Old town square and the Old Town City Hall clock. Break for your lunch, and next afternoon visit to Josefov – the Jewish district, where you will see the Synagogues, old Jewish cemetery and will be able to visit also the Jewish Museum. Evening time for your own arrangements, dinner at traditional Czech restaurant with our guide. Night at hotel in Prague. (B,D)
Day 12th
Breakfast at hotel and a morning departure to Karlstejn to visit the famous XIV century castle. Built by Czech Kind Charles IV. Tour with the castle guide. Thena return to Prague, where our guide-driver show you also the Petrzin Hill, where you will admire a picturesque Prague panorama. Later on that day a time for your private walk along the Old Town streets, relaxation. Night at hotel in Prague. (B)
Day 13th
Breakfast at hotel in Prague. Check-out from your hotel and departure with our guide-driver to Salzburg. Your ride will take around 6 h, but on your way our guide will arrange some stops, with a possible visit to Ceskie Budejovice, a nice old town near Czech / Austrian border. Your arrival to Salzburg at late afternoon, check-in and some time to relax. An evening walk along the Salzburg Old Town streets. Night at hotel. (B)
Day 14th
Breakfast, and a whole day tour to the Eagle’s Nest in Berchtesgaden. Your ride up to the top point will be taken partly by bus and by an elevator. At the highest plateau you will see a breath-taking view of the Bavarian and Austrian Alps, and you will take a tour (with local guide) of one of the headquarters Hitler’s during World War II. Before returning to Salzburg, you will have the possibility of exploring the picturesque little town of Berchtesgaden. Late afternoon and evening time for relaxation in Salzburg – the Mozart’s city. Day 15th
Breakfast and check-out from your hotel in Salzburg. Departure to Melk, where you will start the unique cruise along the Wachau Valley. That place is listed at the UNESCO World Heritage List, with its highlights like the Melk Abbey, the Schönbühel Castle, and the town of Dürnstein with its blue tower. You will have a chance to order a lunch on the ship board or taste a local wines. After 2 h cruise you come to Krems, where the Wachau Valley cruise ends, then you will go directly to a nearby Vienna. Check-in at hotel. (B)
Day 16th
Breakfast and a half-day tour of Vienna Old Town and the Ring area. You will see the Parliament, Town Hall, Vienna Opera, St Stephen’s Cathedral and the Old Town Market. Some time for afternoon private walks, relaxation. At late afternoon visit to the famous Grinzing district, famous for “old type” homes, inns, restaurants. Our guide will invite you there for a dinner with live music in one of the famous cellars – restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel. (B,D)
Day 17th
Breakfast, and a second day of your guided tour of Vienna – along the most beautiful palaces and parks: Hofburg, Schoenbrunn and Belweder. Later this afternoon time for private walks, relaxation, tasting the famous Sachertorte. Night at hotel in Vienna. (B)
Day 18th
Breakfast, check out from your hotel in Vienna. Later this morning you will go to Budapest. On your way our guide will arrange a break in Bratislava – the capital of Slovakia. The city is famous mostly due to the beautiful Old Town and a Royal castle located picturesquely at the Danube river banks, what you will visit during a short tour of the city. Next, you will continue a ride to Budapest, where you come at afternoon time. Check-in at hotel, and dinner. (B,D)
Day 19th
Our local guide-driver will meet you after your farewell breakfast, and start your tour of Budapest. Today’s destination is the Pest side. First a guided walk along the Varosliget Park, famous for the Varosliget castle, built in eclectic style. Our guide will show you also the nearby Heros Square, with a pantheon of Hungarian Kings. Then short ride along the Andrassy ut. (street) for a visit at the House of Terror Museum, St. Steven Cathedral and later to take a walk to the Hungarian parliament. Short break at the Vaci ut. (famous Budapest promenade with hundreds shops, restaurant), from where is not far away to the Great Market Hall. Time for shopping. Your last place to visit on the Pest side will be the Great Synagogue. Next transfer to hotel, check-in at evening time for relaxation. (B)
Day 20th
Breakfast at hotel, and this day will be dedicated to left side of the city – Buda. Our guide will take you first to the Buda Hill to see the famous Royal castle, Fisherman Bastion, the Hospital in the Rock, and interiors of Matthias church. Short break for your lunch and relaxation. You may spend that afternoon at the Szechenyi baths, built in XIX century, one of the most visited baths in Budapest. Your today dinner will be served at a selected restaurant with a live music show and regional dishes. At the end of that day our guide will take you to the Gellert Hill to see a marvelous panorama of Budapest at evening time. Night at your hotel. (B,D)
Day 21st
Breakfast and our guide will invite you today for an marvelous cruise along the Danube Bend. During your 5 h cruise you will see Visegrad – famous for the former Royal Residence and beautiful panoramas of Danube. The main point of your cruise will be stop in Esztergom, where you will visit the Basilica – one of the largest churches in the world. Moreover, you will be able to visit the Basilica treasury, with a collection of gold and silver objects studded with sparkling jewels. On your return way to Budapest another extra stop will be taken in Szentendre – called “the city of artists”. You will have a time for a guided walk along the old town streets lined by art galleries, craft shops, and cafés. You can visit also the Marzipan Museum (kids!) and one of many jewellery shops (adults). You come to Budapest at early evening time. Farewell dinner at selected restaurant in the Budapest center (B,D)
Day 22nd
Breakfast at hotel, check-out from your rooms and a transfer to the Budapest airport. Your great tour of Europe ends. (B)
