Our tour will take you to the Mazurian forests where you find the ruins of Adolf Hilter’s war headquarters. It was a hidden town in the woods and consisting of over  200 buildings like shelters, barracks, a power station , even two airports and a railway station. This is the place where Claus Schenk von Stauffenberg made a failed assassination attempt on Adolf Hitler on 20th July 1944. Kłodzko land

Klodzko land tour program:

Our full day trip starts with a visit to the “Chapel of the Skulls” in Czermna. Then we move on to Kłodzko. It’s one of the oldest towns of Lower Silesia, famous for its impressive gothic bridge, often compared to Charles Bridge of Prague. The next attraction on this trip is Duszniki-Zdroj, where we discover the secrets of hand made paper production revealed in the Museum of Papermaking, housed in a 17th century paper mill. Day 1st

Day 3rd

Breakfast and the departure to Kazimierz Dolny, a picturesque old town located on the Vistula river banks. A guided  tour of the town and a visit to the ruins of a castle,  churches, monastery. Day 4th

Breakfast and the transfer to Sandomierz – an example of the Renaissance architecture in Poland . The guided tour includes a walk through the picturesque streets of the Old Town, a visit to the castle and  St. Jacob’s Church and Dominican Monastery. You can also take an optional “underground tour” – guided and led along the corridors and old cellars under the Old Town streets. An afternoon departure to Krakow, an overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 5th

Breakfast, then a morning guided tour of Kraków (if you travel to Poland you must see it ). The city guided walk includes a visit at  the Old Market Square with St. Mary’s Basilica and historical trade pavilions of the Cloth Hall. Next, your tour goes along the Royal Route to  Wawel hill, to visit the Royal Castle and the cathedral with the famous Zygmunt Bell. An optional evening visit at the old Jewish Quarter – Kazimierz with dinner in a local, Jewish type restaurant with live folk music. An overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 6th

Breakfast, then morning transfer to Wieliczka for a visit at the famous Salt Mine with  its underground chambers, chapels and salt sculptures, inscribed at UNESCO world heritage list. An afternoon transfer to the Krakow airport or the departure for your next place of visit. End of your Vistula river tour.

Breakfasts and whole day tour of Vienna, with our local guide. The tour includes visit at the Old Town, St Stephan’s cathedral and visit to the Schoenbrunn palace. Coffee and a Vienna cake at the end of the tour. Next, time for a private walks at the Vienna Old Town.   Dinner at a “huerigen” – a typical, regional restaurant at Grinzing, the vine district of Vienna.  An overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 8th
Breakfasts, departure to Budapest. On your way half-day break in Bratislava to visit the beautiful Slovakia capital. Guided walk along the streets of Old Town, and a visit to the castle hill to see the impressive panorama of the city. Afternoon transfer to Hunagry capital to start your Budapest visit. Dinner and an overnight at a hotel.

Day 9th
Breakfast and whole day tour dedicated to the tourist highlights of Budapest: the Hero’s Square, Gellert Hill, Buda castle. Afternoon time for shopping at the Vaci street or relaxation. Dinner at a “Csarda” – regional Hungarian restaurant, with live band music and regional dishes and wine. An Budapest by nightovernight stay at a hotel.

Day 10th
Breakfast and departure on a romantic tour along Danube river. On your way you visit some of the Hungarian pearls: Szentendre – a small, nostalgic city; Visegrad famous for summer palace of King Matthias Corvinus of Hungary, and the medieval citadel. At the end short visit in Esztergom basilica – the largest church in Hungary. Return ride to Budapest or an optional return cruise by a tourist boat. b) Vienna Woods – Mayerling Heiligenkreuz – Subterranean Lake
A half-day excursion which shows you the most beautiful sights of the southern part of Vienna Woods. Passing the Roman City of Baden which is famous for its thermal springs, you will drive through the romantic valley Helenental to the former Mayerling hunting lodge, today a commemorative chapel, where Crown Prince Rudolph together with Baronesse Vetsera died tragically in 1889. In the Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz (1133) you visit the medieval cloister which houses the remains of last the Babenberger. We then pass the Höldrichsmühle and arrive at the Seegrotte. After a boat ride on the largest subterranean lake in Europe you leave the Vienna Woods and return to Vienna finishing at the Opera House.

c) Full day city tour to Salzburg  (with an extra charge of USD 110 / person) 
On our way to Mozart´s town of birth you become acquainted with the beautiful Salzkammergut landscape with it´s mountains and it´s numerous lakes, where the Emperor Franz Joseph and his family used to spend their holidays. Ksiaz castle – Swidnica tour program

A one-hour drive takes you to the town of Swidnica with its Church of Peace. The church, built solely of wood, is one of the two last remaining Churches of Peace in Europe. This amazing structure will enchant you with its multi-coloured interior and decorative baroque sculptures. Our visit then takes us to the impressive Ksiaz Castle with origins dating back to the 13th century. Breakfast, then a morning transfer to Karpacz for a sightseeing tour of this picturesquely located city with a possible trip by chairlift to Sniezka (1602 m above sea level) – the highest top in Karkonosze. An afternoon visit in a local highlight – the wooden Wang church,  built in the XIII th century in Norway and then transported and reconstructed in Poland. a) Karlstejn castle tour. 
Your visit to a majestic gothic castle built 650 years ago on a picturesque site in the middle of the dense forests, about one hour drive from Prague.  For many visitors this is one of the most popular destinations.  After the visit of the castle, a traditional Czech lunch will be served in the restaurant Bohemia.

b) Kutna Hora – a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site.
During this excursion you will visit interesting sights such as the unique gothic cathedral of St. Barbara, the patron saint of miners and the nearby Italian Court, which was once not only the mint but also the royal palace, where kings and queens stayed during their visits. Next you will visit also Ossuary – a church decorated with the bones of 40,000 people who died during the 30 year war (1618-1648) as well as the Husite wars (1400-1600).

c) Terezin. 
Your visit the former concentration and work camp of the Nazis. You will be taken to the small town of Terezin located about an hours drive north of Prague. That tour includes also a visit to the museum and the Small Fortress with the prison.
